The South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) and the Mobile Source Air Pollution Reduction Review Committee’s (MSRC) Residential EV Charging Incentive Pilot Program offers rebates of up to $250 towards the purchase of a qualified residential Level 2 EV charging station. Low-income residents are eligible for an increased rebate amount of $500. Funding is available on a first-come, first-served basis to residents within the SCAQMD jurisdiction.
