GMP provides residential and business customers rebates of $1,500 for the purchase of a new all-electric vehicle, $1,000 for the purchase of a new plug-in hybrid electric vehicle, $750 for the purchase of used EVs, and $500 for the purchase of an electric motorcycle. Customers with qualifying low and moderate household incomes are eligible for an additional $1,000 rebate. EVs must have a manufacturer’s suggested retail price that is less than or equal to $70,000.
